MKD projects are a boutique building and carpentry business located on the NSW central coast, we specialise in residential renovations and extensions and all aspects of carpentry.

We also offer commercial fit out and project management services.

At MKD projects we take the time to understand each and every project to ensure the appropriate trades and materials are being used, Mark is onsite every step of the way to ensure all works are coordinated and quality is maintained throughout.

    Hillcrest St project, Terrigal

     2 storey addition with an attached deck. adding approx 130sqm of usuable space and an additional 50 sqm of under house storage

    Bateau Bay House, Bateau Bay

    2nd Storey addition of approx 100sqm consisting of master bedroom, WIR and ensuite, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. Adding a 2 car garage and complete renovation downstairs

  • Netstar refurbishment, Macquarie Park

    1200 sqm commercial refurbishment comprising of plasterboard and glazing partitions, inclusive of services and finishes. Working in with the client to have their commercial furniture package completed.

  • The Malton, Beecroft

    Project/Site management position

    Development consisted of 4 townhouses and 6 units all delivered with luxurious finishes inside and out.

About

MKD projects owner Mark Davis has over 20 year experience in the building and construction industry. 

Having completed his carpentry apprenticeship in 2003 here on the central coast he relocated to Sydney and worked for some of NSW’s biggest and best builders. Working his way through into a senior site/project management role.

During this time, he completed extra studies and obtained his NSW builder licence which has been held continuously since 2013.

​After starting a family he relocated back to the Central Coast and set up MKD projects, initially this was to buy and renovate older homes for resale, over the years it has progressed into taking on clients.

With over a decade of experience working for large commercial builders and high-end developers, Mark knows the importance of building a relationship with the client and consultants, ensuring a smooth process over the lifespan of the project.
